Terms and Conditions

  1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the customer and the provider of the MalediVibes website (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), who offers the arrangement of stays in the Maldives, including group events.

  1. Description of Services

The Provider provides the arrangement of stays in the Maldives, including accommodation, meals, and accompanying programs according to the specific offer.

  1. Booking of a Stay

A booking is considered binding once a deposit of the agreed total price has been paid via bank transfer to the Provider’s account.
The deposit amount is determined individually depending on the season and will be stated in the specific offer of the stay. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the accommodation.

  1. Prices and Payment Terms

The price of the stay is set individually based on the customer’s request, taking into account the length of stay, number of people, season, and specific requirements.
The deposit must be paid via bank transfer. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
Prices include the items specified in the particular offer (e.g. accommodation, meals, program).
They do not include flights, travel insurance, or personal expenses.

  1. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of the stay, the following refund rules apply:

  • Cancellation at least 7 days before the start of the stay – full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the stay – the deposit is non-refundable.

  • No-show without cancellation – the deposit is forfeited to the Provider.

  1. Complaints

If the services do not correspond to the agreed scope or quality, the customer has the right to file a complaint.
The complaint must be submitted without undue delay, in writing to: info@maledivibes.cz

The Provider undertakes to resolve the complaint within 30 days of receipt.

  1. Right of Withdrawal

The customer acknowledges that, in accordance with Section 1837 (j) of the Czech Civil Code, there is no right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day statutory period without giving a reason, as the service concerns accommodation provided on a specific date.

  1. Personal Data Protection

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
The customer has the right to access their data, rectify it, request erasure, restrict processing, and exercise other related rights.
Details are provided in the section “Privacy Policy” on the MalediVibes website.

  1. Customer Responsibility

The customer is obliged to follow the instructions of the website Provider and the accommodation provider.
The Provider is not liable for any harm caused by a breach of these instructions or the accommodation rules.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between the customer and the Operator shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and resolved by the competent courts according to the Operator’s registered office.
The customer also has the option to use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or the online dispute resolution platform ODR: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

  1. Group Stays

For group stays (e.g. retreats, thematic events), separate and individually tailored terms and conditions may apply.
These will be provided to the customer prior to booking and, in case of conflict, shall take precedence over these general terms and conditions.

  1. Final Provisions

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
The new version becomes effective on the date of publication.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
